Bloemen! - Flowers!

Vanmorgen was er een vreselijke hoosbui. Brrrr, maar die is gelukkig weg en nu is het lekker! Echt lente weer. Daar wordt ik weer vrolijk van en dena kun je zien aan de kaarten!
This morning we had so much rain, brrrr! But it's gone now and the weather outside is downright balmy! Real spring weather. It cheers me up immediately and my mood shows in the cardmaking!

Hier heb ik de Large Flower Background beïnkt met distress stains en afgedrukt. Daarna ingekleurd met distress kleuren, aangemaakt met perfect pearl mist. Er ligt een prachtig glimmer op!
Here I colored and stamped Large Flower Background with distress stains. I used distress inks, mixed with perfect pearls mist, to color it. The card has a beautiful shimmer!

Bij de laatste scramble moest we dessin papier gebruiken. Die scrambles zijn zo leuk: in 90 minuten een kaartje verzinnen, uploaden en plaatsen op de flickrgroep. Dan is 90 minuten helemaal niet zoveel tijd! Maar ik had nog wat papier liggen en heb nog een kaartje gemaakt. De outline Magnolia is geëmbossed op het streepjespapier en er zit ook een randje op de kaart zelf. Lekker vrolijk al die kleuren!
At the last scramble we had to use patterned paper. The scrambles are so much fun: creating a card, uploading and adding it to the flickrgroup. 90 minutes isn't much time at all! I had some more patterned paper and made this card. Outline Magnolia embossed in white on the paper and an extra border on the card. happy and cheerful colors!

Natuurlijk had je al gehoord van de nieuwe lentekleuren distress inkt. En ik heb ze gekregen dankzij  de oplettendheid van Christa! Die zag ze liggen dit weekend en heeft snel een extra setje voor ons meegenomen!
Dit kaartje is mijn inzending voor Spatter Technique Challenge in the Moxie Fab World. Ik moest gelijk aan die artsy ballonnen denken met verfspatten erop. Dus heb ik spatten gemaakt met de nieuwe lente distress kleuren en rondjes uitgeponst. Happy definition op de achtergrond in vrolijk geel en een touwtje aan de ballonnen maken het verjaardagskaartje compleet.
Off course you already know all about the new spring distress colors. And I got them thanks to Christa, who saw them in a craftshop. She secured a set for us!
This card is my entry for the Spatter Technique Challenge in the Moxie Fab World. The challenge reminded me of those artsy balloons with paintsplatters. I made splatters with the new spring distress colors and punched circles. Happy definiton on the background in sunny yellow and twine for the strings complete the birthday card.

En wat denk je van deze kaart? Vrolijk, zonnig en zo heerlijk LENTE! Zig Zag achtergrond gestempeld met Hero Arts mid-tone pool. Echt een heerlijke kleur! Distress stain mustard seed gebruikt voor de Newspaper Tulips en het randje. En een heel simpel strookje papier met Proficiat. Meer heeft deze kaart beslist niet nodig!
And what do you think of this card? Happy, sunny and so wonderful SPRING! Zig Zag background stamped with Hero Arts mid-tone pool: a gorgeous color!
